1General Provisions

aab99 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", "us") provides an online gaming and sports betting service for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("user", "member", "you") and aab99.

2Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

2.2 Registration Requirements

At the time of account registration, you must confirm the following:

2.3 One Person, One Account

Each person may operate only one account. If the same person operates or attempts to operate multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be cancelled and any balances or bonuses held in those accounts may be forfeited.

3Account Management and Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password completely confidential. You will be responsible for any activity carried out from your account, regardless of whether you performed it yourself.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Your account must be verified and bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be made. We only process withdrawals to the same payment method used for the deposit.

4.3 Currency

All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). aab99 is not responsible for any financial loss due to exchange rate fluctuations.

5Bonus and Promotion Terms

aab99 offers various bonuses and promotions, including our welcome bonus — a 120% bonus on the first deposit up to ৳8,000. The following general terms apply to all bonuses:

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x the deposit plus bonus amount).
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time limit after receiving the bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Another bonus cannot be claimed while one is active unless specifically stated otherwise.
• The wagering requirement must be fully met before winnings earned with bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.
• aab99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

5.1 VIP Program

aab99's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. The Bronze tier offers up to 0.3% weekly cashback, the Silver tier up to 0.5%, and the Gold tier up to 0.8%. Tier advancement is determined based on your regular activity and engagement with the platform. aab99 reserves the right to modify VIP benefits.

6Gaming Rules

All games on aab99 are operated through the software of third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, etc.). Each game has its own applicable rules and it is the user's responsibility to read them before starting a game.

In the event of a technical fault (game crash, network disconnection, etc.), the decision of aab99 and/or the game provider is final. Any incorrect amounts or results displayed as a result of a technical fault will be considered void. In any dispute regarding game results, the game server log will be considered the final evidence.

• Money laundering or transacting with illegal funds.

9Intellectual Property and Content

All content on the aab99 website — logos, graphics, text, software, design — is protected under intellectual property law. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use of any part of this content without prior written permission from aab99 is prohibited.

Logos and trademarks of third-party game providers are the property of their respective owners. aab99 displays these games solely as an authorized partner.

10Limitation of Liability

aab99 will not be liable for the following:

• Losses in a game due to internet disconnection or technical failure.
• Delays in transactions caused by a third-party payment provider.
• Account information being compromised due to the user's own negligence.
• Force majeure (natural disaster, government directive, pandemic, etc.).
• Expected income from gaming not being realized.

In any circumstances, aab99's maximum liability will be limited to the amount of the transaction in question.

11Account Suspension and Closure

aab99 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice, particularly in cases of violation of these Terms. If there is a valid balance at the time of account closure and no breach of rules has occurred, that balance will be returned.

Users may also request account closure at any time via live chat or email. The account will be closed once any pending transactions are completed after the request is submitted.

12Privacy and Data Protection
